14-Day Return Period

When purchasing non-custom products from Sincerity Nikah Co Ltd, customers have a 14-day return period. This means you may return your order in the same condition it was delivered within 14 days of receipt.

Please note: Return shipping labels are not provided or covered by Sincerity Nikah Co Ltd.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Contact us within 3 days if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Lost Deliveries

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please provide supporting evidence (such as courier tracking information or GPS delivery confirmation). We will contact the relevant shipping provider and conduct an investigation before resolving the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom products (including personalised or made-to-order items)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Delivery Delays

We understand that timely delivery is important. While we strive to deliver every order on schedule, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • Refunds will not be provided for delayed deliveries.
  • Our team will always make reasonable efforts to minimise delays and assist where possible.

Cancellation Policy

Sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy balances customer needs with order processing costs.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
  • A 25% cancellation fee applies if an order is cancelled immediately after purchase.
  • If drafts or previews have already been sent, a 30% cancellation fee applies.
  • Once an order has been confirmed and printed, cancellations are no longer possible.


Exchange Policy

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:

  1. Return the original item following the return process above.
  2. Place a separate order for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
