Can I request customisations?

Yes — we welcome custom requests where possible. If you would like to personalise a design, amend wording, adjust colours, or discuss a bespoke idea, please contact us via email on contact@sinceritynikahco.co.uk or Instagram SincerityNikahCo and we’ll be happy to assist.


Will I receive tracking information for my order?

Yes. All orders are shipped with tracked delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.


What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Every order is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the issue so we can review and resolve it promptly.

If a parcel is marked as delivered with supporting proof from the courier, we will first open an investigation with the shipping provider before determining the next steps.


Are your Nikah Certificates legally valid?

Our Nikah Certificates are designed primarily as beautiful keepsakes and commemorative pieces. However, many couples choose to use them during their nikah ceremony by showcasing for display purposes only. Please note this printed product is intended for keepsake and decorative purposes only. 

Please note that requirements for official religious or legal documentation may vary depending on your location and officiant.


Do you offer digital downloads?

No — all of our designs are exclusively available as physical prints. As each piece is created in-house, we do not distribute digital files in order to protect the integrity and originality of our work.


Are frames included?

Frames are not included unless otherwise stated. They may be purchased separately alongside your print. This is due to be launched in the next coming months. A snippet to share, we will be selling our customer designs with an option to purchase a GOLD or SILVER frame shipped with complete care. 


How long will my order take?

Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product and level of personalisation. Estimated turnaround times will be displayed on each product page.

If you require your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.


Can I preview my order before printing?

For personalised items, a digital preview may be provided upon request or where applicable before production begins. Please ensure all spellings, dates, and details are checked carefully before approval.


Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Due to the personalised nature of many of our products, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once production has begun. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will always try to help where possible.
